elemis: bodycare launch
The Brief
To launch Elemis’ long-awaited Pro-Collagen Marine bodycare line, the creative needed to hero the ocean to story-tell the ingredients. Since it was November in the UK, shooting in the sea or shooting abroad was not an option due to budget constraints. HNA needed to bring the ocean to the talent.
The Production
Co-produced alongside Elemis’ in-house team, the HNA team shot at their in-house studios, creating a large pool of water inside to create the effect that it was outdoors, with the addition of a sunset/sunrise horizon background. This enabled the shoot to happen within budget and live alongside the suite of assets that were shot outside by the UK coast.
Total Deliverables:
OOH Campaign: Elemis ran the images across key points within the UK to launch the new bodycare line.
Talent and Still Life Water Effect: All images creatively communicated the ingredient story, of the Pro-Collagen Marine bodycare line.
Safe and Cost Effective: Despite the weather and date challenges, bodies were safely shot submerged in water.
