Campaign ideation, brand strategy, visual identity - this is where the concept gets shaped. Beauty is our specialism, but it's never the only reference point. Our creative thinking pulls from fashion editorial, film, music - whatever's actually shaping culture that week - as much as it pulls from beauty itself. That's what lets us move between a clean, classic beauty shot and something that borrows from a completely different world, depending on the brand’s requirements.

We handle both simple & complex briefs. A foundation or concealer launch might need up to 80 shades matched, with a full shade matrix and our lead MUA involved from day one. A hair colour or styling launch gets our colourist on set from the start, checking texture and tone IRL, at our own casting studios - not from a portfolio. Whatever the scale, it happens under one roof, with the high level of care.

Beauty production doesn't start on shoot day. Hair colour goes on the day before, and skin prep and fittings get scheduled around the talent, not the call sheet. By the time we shoot, whether in our studios or on location abroad, talent arrives camera-ready. We know and understand the beauty nuances: how long makeup changes take for particular looks, and the lighting it takes to get skin looking its best. Nothing gets left to chance on the day.

Our studios are custom-built for beauty. With two hair backwash sinks, dedicated glam areas, styling rooms, and a fully stocked props and wardrobe closet, everything you need is already here. We’re also fully equipped for still life—complete with top-tier lighting, camera gear, coloramas, plexis, and gels. When you shoot here, there is less hiring, lower fees and wider available stock to use. Agencies that don't own their spaces can't control them the way we do.

The creative process doesn't just end when the shoot wraps. The same team who shaped the concept carries it all the way through to the last image retouched. Nothing gets reinterpreted by someone new halfway through post. Editing, grading, retouching - all of it stays true to the vision at inception.
